Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped apples.
- Use a spoon or ice cream scoop to drop dollops of batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and springy to touch.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
