- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded whole-milk mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it's about ¼ inch thick.
- Cut the rolled dough into squares and place mozzarella, pepperoni, and a spoonful of pizza sauce on each square.
- Fold the squares into triangles or rectangles, pinching edges tightly to seal.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Bake on a lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
