Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
- 20 slices pepperoni
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut dough into squares (about 3×3 inches). Place 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese and 2 pepperoni slices in the center of each square; sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Fold each square into a triangle and seal edges tightly using a fork.
- Brush tops lightly with olive oil and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
