  • 1 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
  • 20 slices pepperoni
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Cut dough into squares (about 3×3 inches). Place 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese and 2 pepperoni slices in the center of each square; sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  4. Fold each square into a triangle and seal edges tightly using a fork.
  5. Brush tops lightly with olive oil and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
  7. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
