- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary, chopped

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Ensure each piece is well-coated. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Transfer marinated chicken to a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Before serving, sprinkle with fresh herbs for added flavor.
