- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 tbsp oil (for sautéing)
- Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Trim excess fat from chicken thighs and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and sear until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the seared chicken and stir to coat. Simmer for about 10 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
