Instructions
- Rinse and pat dry chicken breasts.
- In a bowl, whisk together minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, and olive oil.
- Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Pour any remaining marinade into the pan and cook until thickened.
- Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) before serving.
