- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together garlic, honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil.
- Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best results).
- Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat with a splash of olive oil.
- Sear chicken skin-side down for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown; flip them over.
- Pour remaining marinade over the chicken and transfer skillet to the oven.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest before serving; drizzle extra glaze on top if desired.
