- 4 cloves garlic (minced)

- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions (chopped)
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by rinsing the shrimp and patting them dry.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and sesame oil until smooth.
- Heat a splash of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked shrimp and stir gently to coat. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving over rice or noodles.
