- 8 oz smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup pure honey
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by washing and chopping the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and cook until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
- Toss in the shrimp and broccoli florets; cook until the shrimp is pink and opaque, and the broccoli is bright green (about 3-4 minutes).
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes. Pour the mixture over the cooked ingredients and stir gently to coat.
- Cook for an additional minute until everything is heated through.
