- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper until well combined.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place salmon fillets skin-side down.
- Generously brush the glaze over each fillet, reserving some for basting later.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
