Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar.
- Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and arrange the marinated chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the top is golden brown.
- Let rest for five minutes before serving with your favorite sides.
