- 1 cup shredded sharp white cheddar cheese
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 4 slices thick-cut sourdough bread
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and butter one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side, layer shredded white cheddar cheese and peach slices. Top with another slice of bread, buttered side out.
- Place the sandwich in the skillet and grill for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
- Flip carefully and grill the other side for another 3-4 minutes until cheese melts and both sides are crispy.
- Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then cut in half to reveal the melted cheese and peaches.
