Instructions
- Trim excess fat from the chicken breasts and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Dredge each chicken breast in the mixture until fully coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering (about 5-7 minutes).
- Fry the chicken for approximately 5-7 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- In a small saucepan over low heat, mix hot honey with lime juice until warm (about 2 minutes).
- Drizzle the hot honey glaze generously over each piece of fried chicken before serving.
