- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup hot honey
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat dry chicken breasts with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together hot honey, soy sauce, lime juice, and minced garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Pour the hot honey sauce over the chicken and simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
- Serve on a platter, drizzled with remaining sauce, and garnish with lime wedges.
