Instructions
- Pat chicken thighs dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix hot honey, garlic powder, chili flakes, and lemon juice. Marinate the chicken in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add marinated chicken, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan.
- Sear each side for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drizzle any remaining marinade over the chicken while it cooks for extra flavor.
- Serve on a platter, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
