- 2 fresh jalapeños, diced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup bacon bits (cooked)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, and bacon bits until smooth.
- Slice each chicken breast open like a book and stuff generously with the filling.
- Place the stuffed chicken in the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Allow resting for five minutes before serving.
