Instructions
- Prep your corn: Remove husks and silk from corn, rinse, and pat dry.
- Cut the corn: Slice each ear into rib-like sections (about four strips per ear).
- Make the marinade: Combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, maple syrup, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat the corn: Brush or dip each corn rib into the marinade.
- Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F). Grill corn ribs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until charred.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before serving with extra lime wedges.
