Instructions

- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced about two inches apart.
- Gently flatten each ball with a fork to create a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown around the edges but soft in the center.
- Allow cooling on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
