- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 4 large egg yolks
- ¾ cup fresh key lime juice (about 6–8 key limes)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until crumbly. Press into a pie pan and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
- Whisk together sweetened condensed milk and egg yolks in another bowl. Stir in fresh key lime juice until combined.
- Pour filling into the cooled crust and bake for 15 minutes until slightly set but wobbly. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Before serving, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form and spread over the chilled pie.
