- 1 lb flank steak
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup Korean BBQ marinade
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Marinate flank steak in Korean BBQ marinade for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat while chopping veggies.
- Grill marinated steak for 4-5 minutes per side until caramelized.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
- In a saucepan, warm heavy cream and sriracha over medium heat; adjust spice level as desired.
- Serve sliced steak over rice, topped with veggies, spicy cream sauce, sesame seeds, and green onions.
