- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust for spice level)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, green onions, garlic, ginger, egg, panko breadcrumbs, soy sauce, brown sugar, and sriracha. Mix gently until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- While baking, prepare the glaze by combining remaining soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil in a saucepan over medium heat until smooth.
- Once baked, transfer meatballs to a bowl and toss with the warm glaze. Garnish with additional green onions or sesame seeds before serving.
