Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp Korean gochujang paste
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients; mince garlic and grate ginger.
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger until smooth.
- Marinate chicken in half of the sauce for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook marinated chicken for 7-10 minutes until browned.
- Add remaining sauce to the skillet; stir until chicken is coated and heated through.
- Serve hot over steamed rice or with vegetables.
