- 4 bone-in lamb chops (1 inch thick)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika. Coat the lamb chops in the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the marinated lamb chops on the grill or in the oven for about 4-5 minutes per side until they reach medium-rare doneness (145°F).
- Let the cooked lamb chops rest covered for about 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with roasted vegetables or creamy mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
