Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, melted butter, and eggs until well blended.
- In another bowl, whisk together the fresh lemon juice and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Pour the lemon mixture over the cake batter in a greased baking dish and gently swirl them together.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top; a toothpick should come out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar and serving.
