Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in heavy cream, lemon zest, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Gradually mix in powdered sugar to achieve desired sweetness.
- Cover the mixture and refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or until firm enough to scoop.
- Using a small cookie scoop, form balls and roll them between your hands until smooth.
- Optionally, roll each truffle in coconut flakes for added texture.
