Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced against the grain
- 1 large red onion, cut into thick wedges

- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 cup crispy French fries (optional)

Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by slicing the sirloin steak into thin strips and chopping the red onion and tomatoes.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add beef strips in batches, searing until browned on all sides (about 3-4 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onion wedges for about 2-3 minutes until softened. Add tomato wedges and stir gently until they release their juices.
- Return beef to skillet along with any juices. Stir in soy sauce and red wine vinegar; cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.
- Remove from heat, stir in chopped cilantro before serving. Serve with crispy fries on the side or mixed in.
