- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and half the Parmesan cheese. Coat each chicken breast in the mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and add heavy cream to the skillet; stir in remaining Parmesan until melted.
- Return chicken to the skillet or transfer to a baking dish with sauce. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C).
