Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread frozen fries in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
- Remove from the oven and generously sprinkle Cajun seasoning over the hot fries; toss gently to coat.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and return to the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes until melted.
- Once melted, add sliced jalapeños, dollops of sour cream, and garnish with chopped green onions.
