Instructions
- Wash the mango and habaneros. Peel and dice the mango; remove seeds from the habaneros.
- In a blender, combine diced mango, habaneros, honey, garlic, lime juice, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey or acidity with more lime juice as desired.
- Transfer to an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors.
