- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle half of the glaze over the fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from oven and drizzle remaining glaze over each fillet. Garnish with parsley or green onions before serving.
