- 3–4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 12 oz ravioli (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- In an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, sear chicken in olive oil until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
- Add minced garlic during the last minute of searing; stir until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, mix in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning; simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Cook ravioli according to package instructions; drain and add to the skillet.
- Top with additional Parmesan if desired, then bake for 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
