  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Sauté the chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook each side until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes.

  5. Cook pasta: Boil water in another pot and cook pasta until al dente according to package instructions; save some pasta water.
  6. Combine: Slice chicken into strips, add back into the sauce with drained pasta, and mix well. Use reserved pasta water if needed for desired consistency.
