Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, gently mix together the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, breadcrumbs, egg, lemon juice, and parsley until just combined.
- Form the mixture into patties about 3 inches wide and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
- Optionally, heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear each side for an additional 3-5 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Serve hot with cocktail sauce or remoulade.
