  • 1 lb fresh lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, gently mix together the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, breadcrumbs, egg, lemon juice, and parsley until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into patties about 3 inches wide and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  5. Optionally, heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear each side for an additional 3-5 minutes for extra crispiness.
  6. Serve hot with cocktail sauce or remoulade.
