  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (plus extra for glaze)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onions, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
