Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onions, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush additional ketchup over the top for glazing.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving with your favorite sides.
