Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Pat dry the chicken breasts with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and ground ginger until smooth.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the baking dish, pouring the sauce over it to coat evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds before serving hot with rice or veggies.
