- 1 lb ground Halal chicken
- 6 slider buns
- 1 cup fresh lettuce, shredded
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 4 oz cheddar cheese, sliced
- ¼ cup your favorite sauce (barbecue, spicy mayo, etc.)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground Halal chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties (about 2-3 inches in diameter).
- Heat a skillet over medium heat with a splash of oil. Cook each slider for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
- While sliders cook, slice the buns in half and toast them lightly in another pan until golden.
- Assemble by placing lettuce on the bottom bun, followed by a slider patty, cheese slice, tomato slice, and sauce. Top with the bun lid.
- Serve immediately while hot.
