Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, parsley, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
- Arrange the meatballs on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let them rest briefly before serving.
