- 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
- 4 green onions, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cups cooked rice or noodles
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned and crumbly, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for an additional 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in soy sauce and sprinkle brown sugar over the beef. Mix well and let simmer for about 2 minutes.
- Stir in chopped green onions (reserve some for garnish).
- Serve hot over rice or noodles, garnished with additional green onions.
