  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar while mixing until smooth.
  3. Add fresh orange juice, zest, and vanilla extract into the cream cheese mixture. Blend well until fully combined.
  4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture to keep it light.
  5. Divide the filling in half; tint one portion with extra orange zest or food coloring if desired. Alternate dollops of both mixtures in the prepared crust and swirl them together using a knife or skewer.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight to set before serving.
