Ingredients
Scale

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
 - ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
 - ¼ cup granulated sugar
 - 16 oz cream cheese, softened
 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream
 - ½ cup fresh orange juice
 - Zest of 1 orange
 - 2 tsp vanilla extract
 - ½ cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
 - In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar while mixing until smooth.
 - Add fresh orange juice, zest, and vanilla extract into the cream cheese mixture. Blend well until fully combined.
 - In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture to keep it light.
 - Divide the filling in half; tint one portion with extra orange zest or food coloring if desired. Alternate dollops of both mixtures in the prepared crust and swirl them together using a knife or skewer.
 - Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight to set before serving.
