Instructions
- Create the Crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and chill.
- Make the Filling: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until fluffy. Fold in whipped topping, fresh orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla until well blended.
- Assemble and Chill: Pour the filling over the crust and smooth it out evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Garnish and Serve: Top with extra whipped topping and orange zest before slicing into wedges. Serve chilled.
