Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and peanut butter until well blended.
- Add honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract; mix until sticky and combined.
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into the dish.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the pressed base, spreading evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour to set before cutting into bars.
