Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, and salt. Gradually add water while stirring until combined into a shaggy dough.
- Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap or a clean towel. Let it rest at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
- Preheat your Dutch oven to 450°F (232°C) for about 30 minutes.
- Turn the rested dough onto a floured surface and shape it into a ball. Let it rest for an additional 30 minutes.
- Carefully transfer the dough into the hot Dutch oven, cover with the lid, and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the lid and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on wire racks before slicing.
