Instructions

- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the orange zest.
- Gradually add fresh orange juice while mixing on low speed until combined.
- Fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before glazing with a mixture of powdered sugar and orange juice.
