- 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, toss sliced peaches with lemon juice and half the brown sugar.
- In another bowl, combine remaining brown sugar, oats, flour, and cinnamon. Mix in softened butter until crumbly.
- Spread peach mixture in a greased baking dish and top with oat mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
