Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and mix in brown sugar until combined, then add melted butter and vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in milk until smooth.
- Fold in chopped pecans gently without breaking them.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown on top.
