Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the butter with both sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time along with the vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in pecans and corn syrup gently.
- Scoop dough onto prepared sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are soft.
