- 1 pound ribeye steak (thinly sliced)
- 2 medium sweet onions (sliced)
- 1 cup bell peppers (sliced, mixed red and green)
- 8 ounces provolone cheese (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Sauté the vegetables: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and bell peppers; cook until tender and golden brown.
- Cook the steak: Increase heat slightly, add sliced ribeye, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then cook until browned but still tender.
- Add cheese: Lower heat and layer provolone cheese over the cooked steak mixture; cover briefly until melted.
- Prepare slider buns: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice slider buns in half without separating them completely.
- Assemble sliders: Spoon cheesy steak filling onto each bun half; pile generously!
- Bake: Brush tops with melted butter and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
