Instructions

- Mix in olive oil and salt, then gradually add flour until fully incorporated.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into equal portions. Roll each piece into a ball and flatten into discs.
- Cover the discs with a cloth and let them rest for another 30 minutes while preheating your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 5-7 minutes until puffed and lightly golden brown.
