- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 4 oz pepperoni slices
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 green onions (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking dish with parchment paper or nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with half of the mozzarella and Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Spread marinara sauce over the cream cheese mixture in the dish. Layer pepperoni on top.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella over the pepperoni.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm with tortilla chips or breadsticks.
