Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, season diced chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In another bowl, blend cream of chicken soup and sour cream until smooth.
- Gently fold in poppy seeds, then combine the mixture with the seasoned chicken.
- Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Drizzle melted butter over the breadcrumbs and sprinkle them evenly on top of the casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
